1. Agreement to Terms

2. About SESEP Farm

SESEP Farm is a freshwater crawfish aquaculture operation that sells live and harvested crawfish products, offers farm services, and provides paid educational content (tutorials). We operate an online ordering system with manual payment processing (GCash and bank transfer).

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Products & Ordering

• All product prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change without notice.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and seasonal supply.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the order is confirmed only after payment is verified.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

5. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via GCash and bank transfer only.
• After placing an order, you must submit payment within 24 hours or the order may be cancelled.
• You must upload a clear screenshot or photo of your payment receipt as proof of payment.
• Orders are only processed and confirmed after payment has been verified by our team.
• Fraudulent payment claims will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Delivery & Fulfillment

• Crawfish are harvested fresh upon order confirmation — delivery timelines depend on location and availability.
• Delivery arrangements will be communicated after payment confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, logistics, etc.).
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before payment is submitted. Once payment is verified, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds for crawfish products are only issued if we are unable to fulfill the order.
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
• If there is a quality issue, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos for review.

8. Paid Content (Tutorials)

• Paid tutorials and educational content are one-time purchases with lifetime access.
• Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not redistribute, resell, copy, or share purchased content with others.
• Refunds for digital content are not available once access has been granted.
• We reserve the right to update or modify tutorial content at any time.

9. Farm Services

• Service bookings are subject to availability and scheduling.
• Service terms, deliverables, and timelines will be communicated upon booking confirmation.
• Cancellation policies for services are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false information or fraudulent payment claims
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission
• Resell purchased crawfish products commercially without our written consent

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, tutorial videos, and design — is the property of SESEP Farm and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

SESEP Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products and services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

13. Disclaimer

Products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for the highest quality crawfish, we cannot guarantee specific size, weight, or quantity variations that may occur naturally in aquaculture farming.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
